About Our Drama Program

Students participating in our drama program will enjoy drama/theater skills training, learning all aspects of the stage including back stage, costuming, make-up, the history of theater and proper stage presence.

 

We hope to help enhance our students' theater abilities while inspiring students to be the best they can be on and off stage. Our talented students get it all!

Students will showcase their skills in the Evening of Drama Production, a dessert theater benefit. 

​

Drama Production -

Students will have the opportunity to share their drama/theater training in a drama production. All students are welcome to participate in the production, attending rehearsals as scheduled. 

 

A one-time production fee per play will be accessed to all students participating in the show. All rehearsals are free of charge and you do not need to belong to the drama or vocal class to participate.

Auditions for the drama production are open to everyone!

Private Vocal Lessons (group class & private lessons)

Our vocal instruction includes several factors that will be studied, and is designed to provide students with the opportunity to explore and develop their singing voice, to increase their music literacy, and learn to interpret vocal music. These elements are: using adequate breath management: developing an ear for and producing accurate intonation; developing resonance: producing pure vowel sounds: implementing proper diction: producing even scales through the blending of registration: and expanding repertoire to employ the above techniques with freedom and beauty. Private Piano & Instrument Instruction

Studio 109 offers basic piano lessons to beginner students of all ages. Students will learn how to read music, study piano technique and theory, and express themselves through the various styles of music.

​

We also offer clarinet and saxophone lessons.

​

It is our goal that they discover the joy of music, sharing their gifts with family, friends and their community.
