ABOUT OUR ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TOOL

You can access your account online using our online account management tool...checking your balance online, making online payments, etc.

 

Enter your email and click "Forgot your password or need to get started?" An email will immediately be sent to you with an auto-generated temporary password. Using the pull down menu (I WANT TO...) you should change your password to something meaningful right away as you temp password will be valid for two hours.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Studio 109 is dedicated to teaching and sharing the performing arts.

 

Upon enrollment in a class a copy of our studio guidelines will be supplied to you. Tuition is due the first class of every month. Invoices are available upon request to help keep you up to date with your account. You can also manage your account online - pay for classes, view your payment history, etc. The monthly newsletter is supplied to keep you informed and involved with any upcoming events, rehearsals or vacations.

 

Studio 109 is a professional work environment where people can express their creativity. Our teachers and stage crew are fully committed to creating outstanding performances. We hope that you will choose us when looking for a studio that offers more.

 

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Proper respect to studio policies, facilities, staff and fellow students is expected. We appreciate your cooperation! Thank you!

 

  • PAYMENTS/BALANCE DUE: Tuition payments are due the first of every month. If payment has not been received by the 10th of each month, it will be considered late and will be subject to a $15 late. Outstanding balances need to be paid in full before recital tickets can be purchased. 
     

  • DRESS CODE: Studio 109 dress code is to be followed for all classes. Students should have their name on all belongings.
     

  • CHILDREN UNDER 8: Should be accompanied by an adult. Small children should be taken to the bathroom prior to class. Our staff does not guarantee the supervision of children picked up late. If you are running late to pick up your child, please call the studio as soon as possible. Parents are responsible for any damage done to the studio by their child.
     

  • SICKNESS/ABSENCES: We strongly encourage students to be in class every week as participation is so very important to your progress. We hope you will do your best to honor your commitment to your training, your classmates and your teachers. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of all absences, regardless of reason.If you're sick, please stay home, but don't forget to call us so we know that you will not be in class. (603) 335- 7022. Competition dancers are allowed only 5 unexcused absences before removal from the class.
     

  • WAITING ROOM / LOBBY / VISITORS: At this time our waiting room and lobby area is only open to those with children who are 10 years of age and under. Children may be observed in classes from the lobby only through our closed-circuit television system. Parents are not permitted to watch class or "sneak a peek" during class time as it may distract your child or the other children in class. If you have a question that can not be answered via email you are welcome to enter the building and ask at the front desk.
     

  • RESPECT: Proper respect of the studio policies, facilities, staff and fellow students is expected. Behavior is as important to your ability as dance. Parents are responsible for any damage done to the studio by their child.
     

  • DISMISSAL: Class will be dismissed by the teacher. If early dismissal is required, the teacher should be notified in advance. No child will be released from class on their own accord. If class begins late, it may be dismissed late.
     

  • FOOD / DRINK: To keep the studio clean, no food is allowed in the reception area or studios. Students may only bring water to class in a bottle or container with a lid that closes tightly.  Any damages caused by ignorance of this policy are the parent’s responsibility.
     

  • BE GREEN: We encourage students to bring a labeled water bottle from home (we have a water cooler). This helps us be green, reducing the number of cups being thrown away.
     

  • LEAVING US: Notification of withdrawal is required immediately in writing. We kindly request a two week advance notice. Please note there will be no refund for tuition or registration fees. You will continue to be billed until we have written notice.
